14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

AILabTools provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. You may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date,
  • Credit usage is less than or equal to 10%,
  • You are not satisfied with the functionality or experience of the service,
  • Your account has not abused the refund policy.

Please note that we may review refund requests based on actual usage.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The purchase was made more than 14 days ago,
  • Credit usage exceeds 10% of the total purchased credits,
  • The account shows abnormal usage, abuse of services, or violations of platform terms,
  • A dispute or chargeback was initiated with the payment provider before contacting support.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period,
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • Order ID or transaction ID,
  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Payment and Refund Processing

All payments are processed through the third-party payment provider Paddle.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that payment platforms charge a payment processing fee. The actual refund amount may be deducted by this processing fee.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
