This User Agreement governs your account, User Content, and conduct when using AILab Tools (the "Service"). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this User Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless this User Agreement expressly addresses the specific matter of User Content or user conduct.

1. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and must not use an account name, profile, or content in a misleading or unlawful manner, including to trade on another person’s name or reputation. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. If your username or password is lost, stolen, or you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, you must notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

2. User Content and Your Representations

"User Content" includes images, mask files, prompts, processing parameters, and other material that you upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to use User Content with the Service and that your use of the Service does not infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.

As between you and AILab Tools, you retain any rights you may have in your User Content. You grant AILab Tools a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver the Service and the requested output. This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

Users may not upload, generate, process, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or other NSFW content through AILab Tools. Content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use and Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and this User Agreement, you may use the Service for authorized purposes. Unless otherwise stated for a particular Service, images edited or generated with AILab Tools may be used for non-commercial and commercial purposes. AILab Tools does not guarantee that any output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of any output is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not compromise the functionality, security, or operation of the Service. In particular, you must not:

• upload or import content that you do not have the legal right or copyright to use;
• scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities, bypass security systems, introduce malware, or access systems without authorization;
• circumvent technology, territorial restrictions, or other protections used by AILab Tools, its licensors, or third parties; or
• crawl the Service or use bots, scrapers, spiders, or other automated means to view, access, or collect information from the Service without our authorization.

5. Enforcement

We may remove or restrict access to User Content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes rights, violates this User Agreement, or may create liability for AILab Tools. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations as described in the Terms of Service.
