These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AILab Tools, including its websites, online tools, software, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you purchase paid Services, the Refund Policy also applies.

1. Access to the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. Your account, User Content, and conduct when using the Services are governed by the User Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, AILab Tools and its licensors own the logos, proprietary technologies, text, images, graphics, and other materials included in the Services. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from those materials without permission. Your rights in User Content and generated output are addressed in the User Agreement.

3. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid Services and Refunds

Paid Services, subscription cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

5. Disclaimer

AILab Tools makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, correct, and reliable content and Services, but does not make representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, correctness, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you violate these Terms, the User Agreement, or applicable law, or if doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless applicable law requires another form of notice or a later effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
