These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AILab Tools, including its websites, online tools, software, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you purchase paid Services, the Refund Policy also applies.

1. Access to the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. Your account, User Content, and conduct when using the Services are governed by the User Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, AILab Tools and its licensors own the logos, proprietary technologies, text, images, graphics, and other materials included in the Services. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from those materials without permission. Your rights in User Content and generated output are addressed in the User Agreement.

3. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid Services and Refunds

Paid Services, subscription cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

5. Acceptable Use & AI Content Safety

This section applies to all users, developers, and customers of AILab Tools. It covers prompts, uploads, processing requests, generated or edited output, and content published or distributed through the Services, including our websites, AI tools, and APIs.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You must not use the Services to create, upload, process, modify, or distribute content in any of the following categories:

• Pornography / NSFW: pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, sexually exploitative, or other prohibited NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Violence / Gore: content depicting, promoting, glorifying, or facilitating extreme violence, torture, graphic injury, gore, terrorism, or serious physical harm;
• Hate Speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, promotes hatred against, or encourages discrimination or violence toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
• Child Safety / CSAM: any child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or other content that exploits, endangers, or harms minors;
• Deepfakes / Impersonation: any face swap, nudification, fabricated intimate scene, impersonation, or other manipulation of a real person's likeness, identity, voice, or image, whether or not consent is claimed; and
• Copyright / Trademark Infringement: content that infringes, misappropriates, or unlawfully uses another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

5.2 Zero-Tolerance Content and Conduct

We apply zero tolerance to child sexual abuse or exploitation; content promoting or facilitating terrorism or mass violence; instructions intended to facilitate weapons of mass destruction; and incitement of genocide or ethnic hatred. The Child Safety / CSAM prohibition has no exceptions. The Deepfakes / Impersonation prohibition applies even if the depicted person has consented. You must not use the Services for fraud, scams, unlawful impersonation, malicious disinformation, spam, attempts to bypass safety controls, or other unlawful activity. You must not deceive others by presenting AI-generated output as human-created or as an authentic record of real people, events, or facts when it is not.

5.3 Uploaded Materials and Permissions

Your representations about rights, permissions, and consents, and the limited license you grant to us, are set out in the User Agreement. You must not upload another person's photo, voice, or other likeness without that person's explicit permission. You remain responsible for your content and use of the Services. Even where you have that permission, you must not use the material for any purpose prohibited by the Content Safety Rules.

5.4 Content-Safety Review

AILab Tools applies content-safety measures to detect and address content or conduct that may violate Section 5. These measures may include automated tools, manual review, review of user reports, and other reasonable safeguards. We do not guarantee that every item will be detected or reviewed before processing, display, or delivery, and content made available through the Services is not thereby approved or authorized by AILab Tools.

5.5 Reporting Suspected Violations

You may report suspected violations through Support. Please identify the request as "Content Safety Report" and include the relevant URL, task identifier, account information, or other details that can help us identify the reported content. Report information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used to assess the report, enforce these Terms, or meet legal obligations. We assess reports against these Terms, applicable law, and the available information; where appropriate, we may restrict content, features, API access, or accounts under Section 5.6. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms and may result in appropriate restrictions. Do not include more personal or sensitive content in a report than is necessary for us to understand the issue.

5.6 Enforcement and Appeals

If we reasonably believe that content or conduct violates these Terms, we may reject or stop a request, restrict or remove content, limit or disable features or API access, suspend or terminate an account, or take other action permitted by applicable law. Serious matters may be referred to competent authorities where required by law. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may request a review within 30 days after receiving notice of the decision through Support. Please identify the request as "Content Safety Appeal" and include the email address associated with your account. We will review the available information and aim to provide a response or status update as soon as reasonably practicable. Where reasonably practicable, an appeal will be considered by personnel who were not responsible for the original decision. An appeal does not guarantee a change in outcome.

AILab Tools currently uses the following AI models to support its AI-powered services:

• Qwen-Image
• GPT Image

• Wan
• GPT

We continue to evaluate and update the AI technologies used across our platform to improve service quality, performance, and reliability.

7. Disclaimer

AILab Tools makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, correct, and reliable content and Services, but does not make representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, correctness, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services for a breach of these Terms, the User Agreement, or applicable law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties. Enforcement and appeals for Content Safety Rules violations are governed by Section 5.6.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Current Version Effective" and "Last Updated" dates. Unless applicable law requires a different notice, a later effective date, or your consent, the revised Terms take effect on the Current Version Effective date. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
